- Account rules: one account per person, household and device; who can open an account; when the casino can close it.
- Restricted countries: if Kenya is listed, the casino can refuse to pay out. Check this before anything else.
- Deposits and withdrawals: minimums, maximums, fees, processing times, and daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal caps.

How to read them quickly

- Read those paragraphs in full.
- Note any limit or fee in a phone note with the date.
- Ask live chat about anything unclear and save the answer.
Red flags
- Vague wording that lets the casino void winnings at its discretion.
- Wagering above 50x, or wagering on deposit plus bonus at a high multiple.
- Fees for withdrawing your own deposit, or very low monthly withdrawal caps.
- Dormant account fees after a short period.
- Terms that can change without notice.
- No licence number or regulator named.

Licences and the law
Kenya licenses online casinos under the Gambling Control Act, 2025, through the Gambling Regulatory Authority. The offshore casinos on our list follow the rules of their own licence, which decides where a dispute can go. Look for the licence number in the footer and check it on the regulator's register.
