Sticky bonuses
A sticky, or non-cashable, bonus is added to your balance and stays there for betting only. When you withdraw, the casino deducts it.
Example: you get a KES 5,000 sticky bonus, meet the wagering and end with KES 25,000. You can withdraw KES 20,000; the KES 5,000 bonus is removed.
Non-sticky bonuses
A non-sticky, or parachute, bonus sits in a separate balance. You play with your deposit first. If you win big before touching the bonus, you can usually withdraw and give up the bonus. If your deposit runs out, the bonus balance takes over with its wagering.
Example: a KES 5,000 non-sticky bonus at 30x needs KES 150,000 of bets once you start using it. If your own KES 5,000 grows to KES 30,000 first, you can cash out without wagering.
Variants you may see
- Phantom bonus: another name for a sticky bonus that disappears at withdrawal.
- Post-wager bonus: credited only after you have wagered your deposit a set number of times.
- Time-limited bonus: forfeited if not used within the deadline.
How to tell which one you have
